Removal of rule PEPPOL-COMMON-R048 (Italy)

Modification of the Item type identification code (UNCL7143), Dangerous goods regulations code (UNCL8273) Recommendation 20, including Recommendation 21 codes - prefixed with X (UN/ECE) codelists.

Added new compliance rules on the use of sender/receiver identifiers when enveloping a BIS3 message in Peppol Business Message Envelope (SBDH).

The method of indicating the VAT number and Tax Code of the Supplier/Seller and Customer/Buyer has been changed;

Removed the "Last updated" indication in the footer;

Updated examples to reflect syntax changes.

Added cbc:DocumentTypeCode as an optional field of the cac:ItemSpecificationDocumentReference structure at row level;

Added cbc:CompanyID as an optional field of the cac:PartyLegalEntity structure for both the Supplier (cac:SellerSupplierParty) and the Customer (cac:BuyerCustomerParty).

Removed tax category validation rules: PEPPOL-T110-B13301 rule applied to cac:AllowanceCharge/cac:TaxCategory/cbc:ID, PEPPOL-T110-B14601 rule applied to cac:TaxTotal/cac:TaxSubtotal/cac :TaxCategory/cbc:ID and PEPPOL-T110-B22301 rule applied to the cac:Item/cac:ClassifiedTaxCategory/cbc:ID field.

Changed the severity of the PEPPOL-COMMON-R049 (ICD 0007) rule for the validation of the format of the "Swedish organization number" from "warning" to "fatal", as announced in the May Release 2022;

Corrected the PEPPOL-COMMON-R050 rule for the validation of the "Australian Business Number (ABN)";

Added US code 9959 to EAS encoding. Removed the Italian codes 9906 and 9907 from the same coding. Adjusted the validation artifacts;

Added codes 0217 (Netherlands), 0218, 0219 and 0220 (Latvia) to the ICD encoding and adjusted the validation artifacts.

Added rule to check format for Swedish organisation numbers (ICD/EAS 0007) with severity warning, will be changed to fatal in future release.

An error has been corrected which is causing some XSL-transformers/tools to raise errors when loading/using the schematron-files.

Rule PEPPOL-COMMON-R043 (ICD 0208) changed from severity warning to fatal (as announced in the november 2021 release)

Correction in Punch Out rule PEPPOL-T77-R001 that was incorrectly fired when validity period is omitted

Added rule to check format for Australian ABN (ICD/EAS 0151) with severity warning, will be changed to fatal in future release.
